Most questions have a faster answer than support does

My master hasn’t come back

Turnaround is usually about a minute, a few at the outside; ZIP batches scale with what’s in them. An email arrives the moment yours is ready, so there’s no need to sit on the page.

If a track is far past that, upload it again — resubmissions are unlimited and usually faster than a support round-trip.

I don’t like how it came back

Resubmissions are unlimited and cost nothing extra, so adjust the mix and run it again as often as it takes.

Two things to try first: send the mix with its headroom intact rather than pushed into a limiter, and try Ultra Transparent if the material wants clarity more than weight.

Formats and file sizes

WAV, MP3 or AIFF, up to 1.5 GB per track on a subscription. Stems go up as a single ZIP, not one upload per stem.

Long-form cues and high-resolution files fit comfortably at that ceiling.

Finding an older master

Every master stays in your library, so re-downloading one from months ago is a click rather than a re-upload. Use the filter box on Previous Masters to find it by name.

Founding members keep up to a year of retention on every track from the day it was mastered.

Cancelling and billing

Cancel any time from your account dashboard. Billing stops immediately — no email, no waiting for a reply.

Cancelling does not refund the current period; access runs to the end of what you’ve paid for. Refunds are considered case by case — email your account details and the reason.

Something looks broken

An upload that won’t start, a failed download link, or a console status that doesn’t match reality is a fault worth reporting. Open a ticket rather than retrying repeatedly.

Include your browser and roughly when it happened.

What to put in a ticket

The more of this you include, the sooner it’s resolved — usually first reply rather than third:

  • Track name exactly as uploaded, so it can be traced through the pipeline.
  • Roughly when you uploaded it — the hour is enough.
  • Which chain: Signature Master or Ultra Transparent.
  • What you expected versus what you heard. “Too squashed in the chorus” is far more useful than “sounds wrong”.
  • Your browser, for upload or download problems.

What support can and can’t do

Support can chase a job that hasn’t come back, re-run a track, replace a delivery that arrived wrong, sort out account and billing questions, and fix any genuine fault on the RavenBlack side.

Support can’t make subjective calls on your mix, and no mastering service can guarantee a placement or a licence — those belong to music supervisors and publishers, and turn on your writing first.

Still stuck? Use the form above, or email info@ravenblackaudio.com with your account details. Either way you’ll hear back within 24 hours.
